You don’t have to walk this journey alone
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying everything alone?
You don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
Therapy can help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and feel understood.
Why Work with Me?
Hi, I’m Jaimee. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and human — not clinical or cold. With over 15 years of mental health experience, I assist individuals 16+ and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don’t know how to shift. Together, we gently explore what’s underneath and build tools that help you feel more grounded, regulated, and empowered.
My own experiences with mental health and ADHD have given me a unique perspective and empathy, inspiring me to support others on their journey.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
DBT helps people manage overwhelming emotions by building skills to cope with distress without losing control or engaging in harmful behaviours.
Exposure Therapy (ERP)
ERP helps you build resilience to triggers, reduce avoidance, and face difficult situations with greater confidence and control.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Learn to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, and understand how behaviors can reinforce them and keep you stuck in negative patterns.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
A trauma-focused CBT that helps repair how traumatic experiences have impacted beliefs about yourself and the world.
Somatic Experiencing
Somatic experiencing focuses on how stress and trauma live in the body, helping increase awareness, release tension, and support relaxation and relief.
Attachment Therapy
Attachment-based therapy explores how early caregiving experiences shape adult relationships and helps build more secure, adaptive ways of connecting.
